How fast will my call be made?
We may call shortly after you have checked out with your package. Or we can wait a few days or weeks, depends on your wants or needs. Some calls we do within 30 minutes, just after we finish your intake form.
What happens during the first unanswered call?
First call: we let it ring through. No voicemail.
Second call: we try again shortly after. No voicemail, but we send a High Importance text.
Third call: after a longer wait, we leave your pre-scripted voicemail.
We don't give up: we keep calling until it's clear we won't get through.
Will you read my message word for word?
Yes. We deliver it exactly as written, or in our own words from your instructions. You choose on the order form.
Is this a real person or a robot?
A real, trained specialist makes every call. No bots, no AI voices.
Can I remain anonymouns?
Your call 100%. We can say and use your name or its optional to remain anonymous. Half our calls are each way.
How many total call attempts are included?
We do not cap the number of calls but do what makes the most sense. When filling out the original paperwork its important to give us accurate times.
Do you send us a call recording?
In states where we can legally record the calls we will do so. If we are unable to send we will up load it for you to hear. You will be notified.
Can I listen in on the other line?
In most cases this is not an option. But if its necessary we may try to see what we need to do to accommodate this.
Can your team leave a clear voicemail message?
Yes. Our caller delivers a calm, professional voicemail containing your exact talking points, callback number if required, and/ or instructions.
Does your caller have a conversation with them or how does that go?
Our caller will say as much or as little as you have instructed us on the intake form. We always try and have a conversation, get a reaction and say good bye when finsihed.
